“We Do”
Full-service planning for our events includes comprehensive oversight of every logistical, design, and operational element from initial concept through final breakdown. This encompasses budget development and management, vendor sourcing and contract guidance, timeline creation, and full coordination of all rentals, catering, entertainment, and infrastructure required for a multi-day, non-venue/Venue/Venues event. It also includes design direction and implementation—ensuring all elements such as florals, linens, lighting, and layout are cohesive and executed as intended—while maintaining consistent communication with both the client and vendor team throughout the planning process.
In this capacity, full-service planning also extends to complete on-site management across the entire wedding weekend, when applicable. This includes overseeing installation, managing vendor arrivals and setup, coordinating the rehearsal and other event(s)-timeline, and ensuring seamless guest experience from arrival through departure. The planning team acts as the central point of contact, proactively handling any challenges, adjusting in real time, and managing breakdown and load-out—allowing the client and their guests to fully enjoy the experience without interruption. This is our primary goal.
