How large an event can HK handle?

From 20 people to 400 we do it all!

What services do you offer?

HK provides Day of, Full and Partial planning. Choose your package and we can either be hands on the day or help you through your planning journey.

How far in advance should someone book?

For optimization of planning and assurance that your date will be saved we recommend at least a year. However last minute spots {3-6 months} are available at an increased rate.

Do you work with clients outside of your area?

HK has done weddings in Louisiana up to Portland. You tell us when and where and we will make it happen if we can!! Travel fees will incur.

Do you have a preferred vendors list?

HK does not require you to book with any specific vendor. We do however have vendors that we work with often that we highly recommend.

How many weddings does HK do in a year?

Being a small business and catering to every client personally is important to us. With that in mind HK does not take on more than 30 events in a year.

How do you handle vendor communications?

In the event a client with HK books a full service planner we handle all contracts all emailing processes and all vendor management .

Do you attend rehearsals?

for partial and full service planning we do in fact attend and manage rehearsal as well as a venue walkthrough.
