This includes budget development and management, vendor sourcing and contract guidance, timeline creation, and full coordination of all rentals, catering, entertainment, and infrastructure required for a multi-day event. It also includes design direction and implementation—ensuring all elements such as florals, linens, lighting, and layout are cohesive and executed as intended—while maintaining consistent communication with both the client and vendor team throughout the planning process.
