While you experience the wedding, our team manages what is happening behind the scenes.
Your Full-Service Planning team includes a dedicated lead planner and coordinator overseeing vendor arrivals, setup, timeline execution, guest logistics, troubleshooting, teardown, and final venue checkout.
Additional coordination and wedding-party support can be added when the scale or logistics of your celebration require it.
Four hours of wedding-day content creation are also included with Full-Service Planning.

Full-Service Planning begins at $8,000.
For weddings with an overall investment of $80,000 or more, Full-Service Planning is typically priced at 10% of the total wedding investment.
Every wedding is different, and we'll discuss the scope, logistics, and investment for your specific celebration during your consultation.

We can begin working together up to two years before your wedding. While every planning timeline is different, we recommend beginning Full-Service Planning at least 12 months before your wedding whenever possible.
Already planning? That's okay, too. We can step into the process at different stages and build our planning approach around what's already been completed and what still needs to happen.
